ZUMAYA COURT is an interior remodel and addition project that transformed an awkward and uncomfortably-proportioned interior living/dining space.

By relocating the stairs and adding a second floor “bridge” element, the space was divided and redefined to be more comfortable while adding a much-needed home office/study space.

The concept was inspired by the experience of being under a trestle with light filtering through it.
